Can't update user lookup

Since TNT changed the coding stuff and whatnot, my user lookup is all kinds of jacked up. I get this message when I try to update: Error: We cannot update your personal information (1) « Back Anyone else having this problem, or am I just special?

TNT's official response is what Leah said, but that didn't work for me in Firefox. I had to use Google Chrome -- try that?
