I need help!!

Yes I've already looked on here to see if I could find my answer but I didn't so I'm hoping someone on here could be better help so heres my question: How do people get their shop to do that thing that when u click on sweets it takes u to sweets but then if u click on toys it takes u to toys??? would really really like to know how they do it

Those are 'image maps' (Google for more info), and they each go to a DIFFERENT USERS shop. They are not different parts of the same store. Thus, what a 'mall' is ;)
