My top bar is going rogue lol

Hello, my top options bar here on NeoMallers seems to be crazy, sometimes it seems ok like it should be, in the middle, but then when I refresh, it goes to the far right of my screen and it expands my browser, but when I refresh many times of just wait some time it goes back again normally. I cant see my bar unless I scroll to the sides, which normally I wouldnt have to. I use the latest IE.

actually, it does not seem to go into the correct position anymore, I was looking at an old tab and thought it had reverted. Please any help? It is really annoying having to scroll all the way to the right to be able to do anything.

I dont have access to Internet Explorer 9/Windows 7 at the moment so i cannot check. But as far a i know it.. should work. Did you enable compatibility mode by any chance? Yup, it was compatibility view. Had to activate it for another webpage Thnks!!
