I have a survey that i have to complete and need to interview at least 20 people. Any help here would be appreciated. This would not take long. Thank you to people that help Physical activity survey 1. Age Group (20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,60+) 2. Gender: 3. Name one physical activity you participate in regularly? If none, why not If none go no further with the survey 4. Why did you choose this activity 5. How often do you do this activity? 6. Any special equipment of facilities required? If so, what? 7. Are there any costs involved in participating in your activity? 8. What do you believe is the major benefit you receive from this activity? 9. Do you participate in this activity all year around? If not, why not? 10. Did you participate in this activity 12 months ago? 11. Do you think you will be participating in this activity in 10 years time? If not, why not? Thank you again. I was away on vacation in the desert for a week, plus travel time on either side. Coming back to the real world after that is difficult! Good luck with your survey!

Why did you choose this activity Cause Im good at it and I love it, also I used to be in the national team so... 5. How often do you do this activity? 3-4 times a week 6. Any special equipment of facilities required? If so, what? a ball, soccer field, soccer cleads...well you know, the usual soccer equipment 7. Are there any costs involved in participating in your activity? after you buy all the basic stuff, not really I use my university field or the ones that are for free 8. What do you believe is the major benefit you receive from this activity? TEAM work...you get to meet a lot of people cause is a popular sport, stay in shape and just a lot of fun 9. Do you participate in this activity all year around? If not, why not? yeah 10. Did you participate in this activity 12 months ago? certainly did 11. Do you think you will be participating in this activity in 10 years time? If not, why not? I hope so... Sorry for my bad english, my first language is spanish xD!

If none, why not If none go no further with the survey - None regularly. I wish I could say I do participate in something regularly. I keep wanting to - I have running shoes, and some exercise things but I never get around to it. I don't have enough energy to start. I'm too lazy.
