Neopets running slow on Macbook

I just got my first Mac and I love it. It's faster and smoother than any of my previous pc's. However, about 2 weeks in Neopets started running very, very slowly on my Mac. I can access the site using the same wireless connection from another pc or my iPad and it's runs fine. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the site is so slow on my macbook?

What browser are you using? Im using Macbook Pro as well and it's running fine. Maybe you have to flush your DNS or something? I have no ideas, unless of course your mac book is browsing in neopets premium "portal mode".

Maybe its because your mac is too new and you just havent had time to download all the necessary stuff for it to run smoothly. Using safari Hmm... no idea. It was running great for 2 weeks and then suddenly slowed down. And it's ONLY the neopets site - at least that's the only site that we go that seems to have a problem

mine is running slow as well i'm on firefox and neo was also running slowly on my iphone. could it just be premium accounts?

Have you tried using another browser? Like firefox, opera, chrome (chrome wont run on lion too well by the way, it guzzles battery life like no tomorrow) If it works on other browsers, you'll need to clear your cache in safari ----------------------------- [color=purple]Are you protected?[/color] http://www.neopets.com/~punchback_bob CG information & more
