SIDE ACCOUNTS GLITCHED

It seems that we can't log into our sides (and presumably mains ? if we had logged out) at the moment. It told me i was using the wrong password, but when i tried to send for the password, it said it couldn't find the account. I can see it though, its fine. So i checked on the charter boards, and found that lots of people are having the same problem.

I was just about to send in a ticket and decided to try and give it one more shot to try and get into my main account. It worked I am back into my account again so maybe the glitch has been fixed as I can also get into my side accounts. I am just a little worried now if I log off can I get back on again. I aint going to try it.

It seems to be working again. I have logged into two of my sides successfully now. I would add though that there has been a different glitch occasionally though, when attempting to change password, it says it hasn't worked, when it has. So don't panic. Just write down both of them, the old and the new. And try both of them.

Well its way past my bedtime but um or ah or ewww or eeeeeeeeekkkk lol wonders if it is safe to log out of neopets and will I be able to get back into d neopets in d morning again or will I have problems lol. I guess there is only one way to find out ;). Just wanted to say its been great meeting a lot of nice people on neopets. I have really enjoyed playing the game, if I am not on again in another 8 hours you will know why. If I am not on for a few weeks or is it months before neopets get back to you once you put a ticket in lol,I will catchup with all my buddies then. Well I am just about to click on the logoff or logout button whatever its called lol. Here we go 1. 2. 3. Oh I am still here hehe. *dry laughter* I logged out successfully and in again earlier today, (yesterday neo time) around 10pm nst. And out again. An hour later I couldn't log in. Same reason as the previous day, my account didn't exist. But I had a friend who saw me sign in on messenger, and he said the site was lagging. As soon as the lag cleared, i could log in. So it could be server related. I was told that they shut down one of the servers around that time for about three hours or so.

I know im taking a massive risk but i just dont log out and i dont have login issues. Im not telling people to risk their account like that. Hopefully neo can sort this out.
