Completely Resetting Portal?

I'm wanting to start over fresh but when I go to admin and use all the features there, nothing happens. I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing the portal. Is there a way to wipe it clean?

Go to your portal directory and in the users directory, delete all the directories in there. I'm not sure what the default directory is, probably c:\Program Files\Portal So, you'll delete everything in c:\Program Files\Portal\Users
