Counter Themes?

My counters where nice colours and then about a week ago they suddenly turned black... How to i find the theme page again?

The shop counter themes should be still ok. the petpage/userlookup counters are a bit glitched. I need to re-upload and properly point the themes to their appropriate folders. (For some reason the code stopped working)
