Ignoring him seems a good idea to me. I had someone who beg me for nps or items for a while, but he finally stopped. Since you explained to him why you don't give stuff that you had to work hard for and he still ask, that's the only way I see if you don't want to block him. I may not be the best person to give advice of this, but that's mine. (I don't get a lot of begging neomails, lucky me :D ) Good luck with that situation.

You can get frozen for asking for items because it's against the rules, and I could get frozen if I gave them to you because I would then be part of it.
