Mid week nb ads fail imo, i have been top of mine two thursdays in a row and had awful sales so i'd say don't bother with them. Sales generally have been very up and down for me recently, with weekdays being particularly down I say hold on, summer is around the corner ;)

I took a look a your shop and here is reason why you didn't get profit.. Items of the items are overpriced and you can't really overprice them unless your on main market and i think your on spooky..and overpricing items just won't work on spooky, if you lowered your prices and put some cheap im sure you'll get sale..and about the 4m notice board, this is what i do when i participate... I make my prices alittle bit lower on SW for profit to bring in the shoppers then i gradually increase the prices as the shoppers come in. Need furniture or garden items for your neohome? Your shop looks very neat, and your in a wonderful mall, so I don't know whats causing the horrible sales *unsure*. My sales havn't been brilliant the past week either, but they havn't been that bad. Have you tried advertising on the shop boards? that can bring in a few extra sales. Other then that, just hang in there, and try to get to main market ASAP.

I just looked at your shop and it is lovely! You have all the right stock and the prices are not completely crazy. Although some of them are high -- any item that you have in your shop that costs less than 300 nps, I would change the price to 1,000 unless it is a hot seller. (Atleast until your sales pick up) If you want some traffic do what I did today: this isn't my idea, killercars5000 gave me this advice, a 1 np sale. I cleaned out my SDB today and sold items that are 100-200 nps for 1 np. I made an ad on the neoboards, shop ads and newbies, and just kept restocking while they shopped. I made sure the items were spread throughout my shop so they would have to take the time to look through my stock. I sold all of the 1np items but also sold several other items. No one will buy anything if they don't even visit your shop or see you on sw/ssw so doing this will: 1) get them in there and 2) clean out your SDB and 3) hopefully be enough nps to save for the next uprading spree or the nb ads in the summer. I agree that I'd hold off on advertizing whenever sales were this slow. Usually when I have a SDB sale, I make it known in my shop description above any other graphics and text as well as post it on CHarter boards and regular neoboards. I give it a cheesey sounding name but it works and I clean out stuff within 2 days. Also I price all that stuff that's not my shop category lowest on SSW or just almost lowest. Your shop isnt bad... Good selection of stock... But prices are a tad high... For istance I singled out a coffee on page 2.... SW is 170np or so, your selling at 650? Well I think its best if you try for a 100% margin.... You will get less profit, but you will sell more :0 Also ads are pointless I think....
