shop counter

i just created account today and also created shop counter. I did something wrong, not sure exactly what I did but got big error message and when I copied and pasted the code into my shop it does not count. I thought it asked for my active neopets name and I put that, maybe I should have put my user name there. not sure. any help is appreciated. thanks

It can happen sometimes that it wont work for a period of time wile you have typed in your username correctly! i had that once on another site and know now its my computer (old one) so i have a new computer now and it works fine! and also sometimes people can read it wrongly sometimes, i do that too sometimes so that is why i read things twice and if i still dont understand i contact people about it! ================================================================================= Race To Super Deals

But thats probably just me being super paranoid :P
