Problem logging in

Everytime I come to neomaillers.com it asks me to log in again... it saves my password but it keeps telling me it's not recognized... the only way I can log in is by going to forgot password... it sends me a link and then I'm logged in again... but even when I change my password and write it down... the next time I try... it still doesn't work... What's wrong?

I had the same problem in IE -- I got a popup asking if I wanted to allow the cookie and I said yes... still didn't work.
