why why why *bangs head on desk* [[[5tar]]]

Hiya guys, once again photoshop is frustrating me... When I make an simple box why wont it let me choose a color for it for the inside... Normally I can do it but tonight it just makes a box but it doesnt act like one, hard to explain but I cant even pick it up with my mouse Ahhh

Since you seem to be new to Photoshop, and have questions frequently (understandably!), may I suggest you use only one board for your Photoshop-related questions? General Chat Because every forum needs a spam, err general board. Its not like im posting 100 boards a day... In fact iv only made a couple of boards in a week and a bit. And every board I make has a different question therefore Iv made a different board. Un less you want to make a photoshop only board. Might be a good idea since most of us are mallers and deal with graphic alot.

Even the layer icon doesnt reconize my box. And when im on the layer it wont let me pick up the box. If i try to paint it with the bucket, it ignores the boxes and paints the whole page

I got it... I had my box selected in path not shape..

Well, you know my thoughts on long running boards... too much info gets buried ;) Glad you figured out your problem, starting out with photoshop is a pain, but once you get used to it you will fly through it.
