it just means more work, more drama, more bandwidth, and more time consumed for the most part. No benefits unless you force everyone in the branches to link to you.

That's true but I also think they have some benefits. There is more room for advancement for members and also for neoboards if someone does not pay on time its very easy to find another reliable person who would like to take the spot.

Theres a mall Im very involved in, and at first it was just 1 branch. But they continuously wanted to up their upgrading requirements and min shop size. But as the mall grew to bigger sizes, it was also harder to recruit new members if a spot opened. So they started a mini branch, and they pretty much use it to get smaller shops, help them grow and then use those mini shops to fill up their main spot if something opens =)

well personally, i think malling is a way to make neopoints, not an obligation to babysit smaller shops to main market lol

Well not everyone is already main, we all had to work our way up there. I find that having many branches of malls can be good to support a variety of different sizes shops. It was great for me to be in smaller, then medium sized malls , while Im working up on upgrading to main, so I definetly appreciate those branches :D

Yeah I agree with you Jaspeh. Without being in a mini-mall I wouldn't be making as many neopoints which will eventually help me get to main market. Right now my upgrades are paying for themselves which probably wouldn't be the case if i was mall-less.
