Lost half of my list on searching
Don't know if this has happened to anybody else but I can't quite figure it out. When I ask, show my low in stock and out of stock items, it only takes me through snowflake cookie on low in stock and out of stock my last item showing is snowberry delight. I know that I sold out of Tigersquash cappuchino and thornberry crepe. However it showed them to not be in my database (they were up until last night) When I take off filtered mode and copy name (they are normally check marked) it does show all items through zeenana slushie (which should be the last item) Would there be some reason why it isn't recording the items after snow? Sorry if it is totally obvious but I can't seem to figure it out at all. One other area I know White Chocolate Uni is low in stock as sold one today and double checked so it isn't like my late items just aren't selling. Thanks so much

Just did some looking at all items in my database (filtered mode, copy name, and copy mall price all with X) every item from sour melon pie on down do not show correct stats. They show the stats of the last item I clicked on from sour lemon lolly and up. Sorry I am not very good at explaining it. Is it I just have to many items in my database? One example if I click on Sour Cream Hot Dog it shows payed 47 NP's selling for 700 NP's then I click on Spider liquorice it shows those stats as well 47-700 (Spider Liquorice is obviously much more expensive) however if I click on sour lemon lolly it shows purchased at 19499 selling at 12300 then click on spider liquorice it then shows SL at 19499 selling at 12300. (Which is kind of weird as that wouldn't be accurate as I would have priced at a profit). However outside of sour lemon lolly all information is correct and after that there is no information on the items showing.

Hi, Are you sure you didnt accidentally include a blank space after the name when adding it in? Anyways i can take look at that database if you like. (Send the profile folder to [email protected]) But it often happens when a blank space is accidentally added but Portal 8.1 should have fixed this issue (it automatically deletes any blank spaces) Also did those items work before?

yes, they did work before (1-2 days ago) will send the folders over.

thank you - will check as soon as i have access. also what operating systen and language are you using? are you also using firefox 3? P.S. dont forget to zip it up using the compressed folders feature

Yes, to firefox. English, Windows XP. And I think I am not sure how to get the right folder or where it is located to send to you. as I didn't see anyway of zipping anything and have never done that before...

[Compressed folders - ID01] To do this, open up the users folder (in C:\neomallers if default settings used) and right click the profile in question. Choose send to compressed folders. A file will be created. Please send that file to [email protected]

still no messages on server =/ EDIT: just sent a test message using an uni mail and it worked
