Guess it depends on the kind you get. So what kind of beef do you have? Ground chuck? Roast? Steak? Helps me figure out a recipe if I know what you have to cook with.

If you have some shrimp in the house, put that in just as the fajitas are finishing up and your dinner will be awesome! If you're interested and don't know how to make fajitas, gimme a hollar and i'll give you some instruction

Burritos are always good and easy to make Get Olde El Passo Taco seasoning packet <$1 and follow directions Buy some flour tortillas, shreadded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream Two good side items are black beans which are super healthy and Spanish Rice (in an easy to make box or packet) Spaghetti sauce with hamburger over noodles with a salad and garlic bread is great too (and easy) -- if you cut up an onion and add some mushrooms it looks more homemade -- I've tried nearly every kind of sauce and Ragu Traditional is honestly the best. Hope that helps! Mimi _____________________________________________________ ~ Mimi's Ménagerie Avatars ~ http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=temps_bons&misc

Ragu is absolutely too sweet for me. I like to cut up half an onion and half a bellpepper, fry them a bit in the skillet, then add my hamburger meat and some seasonings. Then add a can of Hunts tomatoes. Then your noodles, and voila! Spaghetti! Now I want spaghetti....

I am surprised because I think Ragu is one of the less sweet sauces -- though what you said is definitely great -- tomatoes in a can are the BEST!!! I use them in my chili. I think a sauce in a can is easier for a newer cook than using spices which can take some time to get comfortable with them...I am lucky in a way because my grandmother and mom never used recipes so I had to learn how to just cook by taste and guessing amounts, kinda like Rachel Ray cooks. _____________________________________________________ ~ Mimi's Ménagerie Avatars ~ http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=temps_bons&misc
