can't download the portal

if i run it or save it I get not a valid 32 application error.... Please help wanted to try the portal since all my mall friends do Thanks

There was a reason i sent you to the help page when you (among many others) PMed me instead of posting it. Anyways, judging from the information provided, use internet explorer to download it and disable any security programs.

wow... how unnice you all are.... I wasn't getting a answer., so that is why i private message both of you since you are adminsand I was under the impression that admins can help you... maybe if admins are this unkind portal won't be worth my time... ... now your answer still doesn't work in internet explorer running or saving it errors stills the same your portal download says it is not a valid win application

Yes we take pride in being unkind b) , especially to those who dont bother following instructions. Just because we're admins doesnt mean we are obligated to answer the same question(s) for each of the thousands of users that visit this site. Forums and other instructions are here for a reason. Log out link top right. Don't forget to shut the door.

Download the core version first. You need that to make it work. Update is only for those who already have an existing working version of portal 5.0 or later

first of all I did read.... the help section i searched it on my own first I meet the requirements for download... when I got the error I tried runing instead of saving, searching for the error I found others have this same error and found not one answer for it except we will update the download back in July, ... You didn't respond, just sent the help link....As for kirsty... sorry saw you as a admin bot a helper so I can ignore your comments for not knowing.... sorry you have had a bad day, but why take it out on me and call me illerate... I myself am a admin and mod on other sites and would never treat someone like you have treated me.... I show restraint...
