You have to be sure that you are buying them as cheap as you can get them which means looking for them daily as part of your routine. Buy them at 650 and sell them at 1K which is only 350 profit from each which gets me to my next point -- stock more expensive items so you can make more profit. You are likely to find more snipes from expensive items than the petpet lab map that every user knows about what they should cost. At your size shop I would never stock more than 5 of any item until I got a few pages of stock. You should add all the buyable maps that you can afford. Even if you just buy one and then buy another when you sell that one -- do it. My advice is not to buy more than 1 World Challenge map piece at a time (buy the whole map but only stock one qty of each) because I haven't been very successful at selling those. The prices fluctuate a lot so watch the prices for a while before you buy. You need to stock every scratchard there is (Haunted Woods cards are missing from your shop) Crypt of Chance Scratchcard Undead Jackpot of Doom Scratchcard Festering Fortune Scratchcard Also, another shop in your mall (armygirl80) is also stocking scratchcards -- I don't know what's up with that, do you? Finally, maybe ask for one of the open categories in your mall to add to your current stock...variety is good for small shops. You will have more items to SW because you can buy them from Neopian shops. The largest profit is on items (some carefully researched items) you buy in Neopian shops on 1/2 price day. I don't know if you have anything in your shop besides tokens that you can buy from a shop on 1/2 price day so that is eating into your potential profit! Nearly every item in your shop has to be bought from SW which means minimal profit (100-1K profit if you get a snipe). That means you have to sell 10 of an item at 100 profit to make what you would if you sold one item with 1K profit. As for what to SW -- I would SW expensive items so the person coming to my shop through SW has neopoints instead of SW pricing petpet maps which is a newbie purchase generally. SW price 1/4 of the expensive items you have a lot of. Doing this will "liquidate" your items into points you can use to buy more maps/scratchcards/whatever). Good luck and use the portal to keep up with what you bought items for on SW and what you sell them for. I can also tell you which day an item will sell in my shop based on the price I put on there...not seeing the future, logic/experience. Not that it really matters but those examples of Petpet Lab map sales are from mallers, 1 week - 1 month accounts and spread out over several weeks. I am thinking of hot sellers like selling multiple sets each and every day. You won't have to search and search for maps since you have so many now...and again you are dipping into your profit margin whenever you don't buy the cheapest items you can get your hands on. Lazy, nah...just impatient. I was trying to say that when you have enough room in your shop to have 30 of one item and have not fully stocked your category; I think you should have spent those neopoints on more maps so you will attract more buyers. If you have fully stocked your category and have more spaces and points, definitely put 10-20 of each item. If I run across 10-20 items in a shop that are SW priced (which is what we are talking about) then I buy all of them. Yes, the marked-up items can have more in stock but we were talking about items you SW price. i am going to say that ive been on out of a nb ad for like a month that that is to my excuse of not selling as many lab maps as i should ^_~ jkjk.. but yep. dontcha think 300nps is cutting cutting awfully close though for a hot commodity considering that your part of a 4mil ad though O.o?

I've sold Luck before and it really wasn't that good when compared to everything else I've sold except Grooming (which would be PBs, Sweets, Neohome, Food and my current category, Faerie Items). Idk, but I just think the smaller categories are best in Marketplace size malls/shops and above. I HAVE heard from non-market mallers very good things about Training/Neggs, though, so a change might be nice. (: I used to be like you; I hated larger categories (and swore I'd never sell them). If you aren't so terribly dead-set against a more larger one, I'd experiment with it some. I left my mall to try out larger categories for a while (two of which I said I'd NEVER sell but did anyways). I liked them all except Food, it just wasn't my thing. But I really enjoy adding new items and restocking more than 5 items each day. The time solo really changed the way I run my shop and now I feel like I'm being much more effective. A larger category is just a thought though ;)
