I think it was the standard form, the one that it links you to when you try to log onto a frozen account. I did kinda get the feeling that she didnt read it though.

I heard Charlotte was the best too. Emily is the worst, i've communicated with her a fair bit in the past and she failed to read what I had put many times and just kept writing something I already knew (not standard replies).

This might be a bit more positive... If it's now saying it's frozen for your own protection, technically all you need to do is prove that the account is yours, which should be quite easy.

If it's saying it's for your own protection, Charlotte should have unfrozen it for you instead of coming back with that crap, but like I said, I've dealt with her a few times and she was useless. How would they know that it was "in an attempt to gain neopoints, items, trophies, or avatars"??
Hopefully, someone else will pick up your Premium form and sort it out.

you might wanna mention exactly what happened. In my case, when I did that, I was unfrozen within 2-3 hours. Until then, they would say that I scammed blah blah blah
