Sorry that happened to you. Just make sure you change your word and email. You can try sending a report in to TNT but it probably won't be any help. A lot of people lately have been hacked/scammed. You're actually pretty lucky you still have your account.
Anyway, you'll just have to start rebuilding. Sorry. =/

I am sorry to hear about this it is tough to deal with but yes it is my understanding also all you can do is rebuild, sad as it is.

Have the neopoints definitely been stolen? Could it be a glitch? It's odd that you'd still have your account if you'd been scammed... Has anything else happened? Have you lost any of your pets? Items? Etc?
I would send in a bug report, just in case.

I'm pretty sure i was hacked because while i was on i got kicked off twice the second time i realized that all of my money was gone. but tnt wrote me back and told me they froze whoever did it.

now that is odd. Never heard of tnt mailing you telling that the guy was frozen. If they did, did tnt tell you who it was?

once i got hacked and tnt never told me if he/she was ever frozen or not. If they did find him/her and froze them wouldnt the next step is returning your np? isnt it logic for tnt to return your 10mil?
