Anyone experienced this coding problem before?
I've learned through trial and error that Neopet's coding is no longer allowing the word "base" to be linked at all. It is immediately changed to "invalid words." Therefore, if you have a username with something like baseball in it, you can't link to your user look up, your shop, gallery, etc. A maller of mine is dealing with this problem at the moment, but his ticket has remained unanswered by TNT. I also sent something in with no response. I'm sure they are overwhelmed with the amount of frozen accounts at the moment. Is there a way around this that anyone knows about?

[color=gray]TNT has some serious problems... Ugh! I don't know what's worse- the coding that we can do is getting way limited, or that the CGers can get around it anyways! Why don't they write their own programming language, one that's really similar to HTML except that it doesn't have the full range of commands so that instead of blocking everything they come across it doesn't cause a problem in the first place? I would be fine with 100% neopet site only linking if they would let premium members buy space to host images on site. I'd pay extra or even per image. I just wish I knew how to fix this problem. There are lots of methods that fix it when you preview on the petpage, but you can't save any of them without html errors. - Kara

And the fact that TNT doesn't TELL anyone what is allowed and what isn't. Same problem with the filters. Be sure to mail TNT with your ideas/complaints/suggestions about all of this stuff! They need to know people care. Even if we are a small minority, it's the small VOCAL minority that gets stuff done!
