Since TNT changed the coding stuff and whatnot, my user lookup is all kinds of jacked up. I get this message when I try to update:
Error: We cannot update your personal information (1)

DONT FRET! All you need to do is log out of your account, log back in and VOILA! It should be fixed. This is a common error going around right now (seemed to happen right after Habitarium was added to the userlookups). If logging out and logging back in does not seem to do the trick, try a different browser. If it STILL doesn't work, empty your 'cache' on your browser. If it STILL won't work... well I can't help you out anymore then to tell you to submit a bug report to TNT. I'm sure they know about it and are trying to fix it. [/quote]
Some people also report none of this works, but persistence (and patience, i.e. over a few days) worked for them.

TNT's official response is what Leah said, but that didn't work for me in Firefox. I had to use Google Chrome -- try that?

I tried logging out a few days ago and it didn't work. I tried it just now and it worked. *feels like a moron*
