When I said again, I mean last week when the post was deleted I think because he claimed the tax beast had caught him with the mall till out to post a NB. I checked his games and the tax beast hasn't ever visited him so it was impossible what he was claiming.

In other words he scammed.

If the user was making trades of 10, and said they would sell em for 500 nps each and the buyer offered the 5k on each trade, then there would be no scamming going on. If the seller happened to accept other offers, it might be considered rude that he agreed to sell them, but didnt accept the offers, but it isnt scamming. If the buyer paid all at once, before getting the items, yea its a scam, but the buyer shouldnt have done that anyways
