Very random shop question...what do you think??

So my last shop visit was 9 minutes ago, yet my whos who counter says three people are currently in my shop.
One is obviously me, but that means two people have been there almost 10 minutes. xD
Do you think people open it up and walk away, or does do they continue looking at my stock of less than one page for that long?
Have you ever noticed anything similar in your shop? :P

First time I've attempted PBs. BTW I know I don't have much stock right now, but stocking PBs is expensive, and I'm a little low on funds right now :P

Petpets, a thing of the past?

I'm bored, and curious. So I thought I'd ask all you Petpet/Petpetpet mallers out there, do you earn good profits? I remember way back when I first started malling, Petpets was the unofficial 'best spot' to have in a mall. Now it seems to be a lot less popular.

Shop Pricing?

I need help pricing my items, I want to make it so I sell a good amount of items but also generate a good amount of profit. I would also know how do I price items which fluctuate in price frequently? I've just started stocking neggs and training and I haven't really been very successful in selling a good amount of items.

R99 Price Advice Needed

So, I just restocked a Gold Velvet Chair. R99 Neohome 2 item. Got about 6 mails about it in 10 minutes, and it's the only one on the TP. I had one person offer 2 million pure, but they seem to be changing their mind now. So, any ideas of what this item may be worth? JN has no price listed either.
