Drumming Up a Little More Business -- Questions

Hi Mallers, I've been looking into some pricing tactics recently and I've been experimenting with two (as of 10 minutes ago!), I'm curious to here if you've tried them before and how it's worked out. For the record I run a food shop which is densely stocked but limited to 79 items (one page). The tactics: 1. Large Quantities of 1 Item. Currently I'm carrying 250 of one item (relatively inexpensive) as I've heard large quantities attract people to purchase them. Has this worked for you in the past? (It seems far-fetched to me, but it's worth a go I think)

Restocking!!

Not the restocking from shops but your own shop! I have had my shop for around two weeks now, and have had to restock over 11mils worth in my shop :/ I used to do restock my shop, the first thing I get on and now i cant be bothered im too bored to do it lol! The sales history is piling up xD What do you do to motivate you to stock your shop :O Because It takes me like an hour a day xD
