shop hits vs sales

hey there can some one explain to me why shop hits are better than total sales. my shop gets medium sized hits but i get alot of people that buy more that one item while they are there.
so my total sales continually out weigh my shop hits. So I am wondering first how the hits are scored. as on many occasions my shop is visited by a neo friend but that some times purchases but on other occasions does not purchase. But neither hit registers even when i check back 15 min later. So which is the better calculator of your shops success hits or sales?

I have been hanging off selling hoping that some of the ones I have will be boomers.. The ones I am considering selling seem to be bouncing around the 50 to 70.. My overall portfolio is showing a healthy +34.45%. It is not that I desperately need the points and I have worked hard to build close to 250k shares at close to 4m cost and I want the best out of them.
What is the general consensus here on the Market. Good time to sell or are they going higher.

I received an r92 item yesterday what is the best way to sell it quick
i have it in my shop for 91k which presently is 3k below the lowest i could find on the sw.
i love getting the points for these hts items but i hate trying to get rid of them
any ideas on what to do

Maybe someone can answer this. I've been having great sales from my shop. Multiple hits on several occasions, I always check the shops of the people who do multiple hits and have noticed a trend. that they are all under 1 month old on neo pets yet they have 4 highly decorated pets and so on. most of the time they have spent a minimum of 11k in my shop some have gone as high as 80k. When I check there shops they don't have the items for resale so, here are my questions

Ok, I have a Blue Matu Bead up on trades. I got two offers -- a Golden PB + 150k, and a Pink Peophin Plushie.
Golden PB = 120k
120 + 150 = 270k
Pink Peophin Plushie = 1M on TP (HTS I think)
Which should I choose? I wanna make it quick so they don't withdrawl!
