Neopets (Neocash) Sweepstakes?

Last year there was a neocash sweepstakes (and one of my guild members won a NC card)
Does anyone know if there's a giveaway this year?

I'm having a massive 1-10 np sale, ridding my SDB of excess sands and junk. There might be some other items thrown in there too, I don't really know yet.

So I've been bumping a board in the Shop Ads forum for a few days, to advertise my shop. Last night, somehow, the shop link in my siggy quit working for other people, though it works just fine for me. Before last night, I hadn't edited my siggy at all. I'm absolutely sure it's the right link, as I've re-copied and pasted it twice. I keep getting neomails from various people telling me it doesn't work. *unsure*
