counter from ages ago

Hi, I'm rejoining the site from ages ago and I tried to make a counter. It says I can't because user already exists(neopets user) on the counter. I don't remember my info and how do I fix this?

Graphics Trouble

Hey I've been playing neopets for 50 months now but just recently became active again. Last year I made all kinds of banners and graphics to advertise for my shop. I used imageshack and it worked like a charm but now when I try to put a new picture lets say in my layout I get something like this:
background: url("-blocked-");
Are there any picture hosting sites that won't be blocked so I can make my banners?Forums:
Portal Newb Needs Help

I'm sure I'm just missing this in the tutorial but I look at it and my eyes glaze over, I just don't "get" certain sections.
I'm trying to update my DB to show how much I spent. So that my profits are recorded properly. Right now it keeps telling me that I spent 1 NP and that's not the case. How do I update that?
Is there anyone out there just willing to talk me through my set up of the Portal? I've c&p'd my shop front and shop till. From there I'm basically lost. I'd really appreciate someone helping me out through AIM, MSN, or Skype.

Moving DB to a new computer

So my graphics card is starting to fail. I can log into my computer for short bursts, so i'm going to install portal on my boyfriends computer. no big deal.
What I want to know is what files do i need to move over to not lose any of the things from my database?
Should I just copy the NM folder and move it over after I've installed portal, overwriting everything here? Or do I only really need to worry about a couple files?
(ugh my poor shop)

Where can I get the code?
