Cannot enter any information

I downloaded this few days ago. It will not process the front page of my shop or my shop history. An error message comes up and the program crashes. I am using firefox and vista. If you could help I would really appreciate it!

My any coding skills are none at all so i'm sure I am missing something basic but incase anybody else doesn't know this it might help.

Sell price isn't working..

Everytime I try to enter a price, when I hit Generate it goes to 0. How can i fix this?

Component 'MSINET.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. I have taken the installer off and on about 5 times get the same problem. Not sure what I should l do next any help would be great.

Sales history not working?

hey, whenever I submit my sales history, it says "Run time error '5': Invalid procedure call or arguement". Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks
