Counter Code error mssg

Before I talk about the error message, I need to say THANK YOU, DMITRI whoever you are! ;) I think this is the counter I've been waiting for since NPhero died.
Anyway, there's a closing quotation mark missing from the browseshop part of the code.
I also found the instructions just a bit confusing to follow. Can I suggest you make it like this:

cOUNTER error

how come my counter is not working? when people are visiting my shop it still stays at 0

I had to reformat my comp, but I saved then entire NeoMallers folder so I have that. When I re-install the portal, can I just replace the folder with the one I saved and get my data back? Thanks!

Counter Field : "OTHER"

I understand the other fields in the Counter Info like Your Hut,
Petpages, Noticeboard, Shop Wizard, and Mall Members.
But I do not understand where the "OTHER" comes from.
That field almost always has the highest count in my counter and I do not
know where these guys came from :/
Even higher than the Mall Members field.

I am in a mall and have a mall banner in my store so we are using a mall counter in the coding. However I would like to see how many (if any) hut hits I get can you put two &banner&mall at the end?

Edit Pop-Up

I was wondering if there was anyway to get rid of the pop-up that occurs why I click (Edit) in the IDB.
The message says:
"Congratualtions! You man now edit the item. Dont forget to press ENTER or 'Process' when you are done"
It just keeps getting in the way as I'm going down my entire DB editing the In stock # of #'s. If not it's all good =D
