My Counter Disappeared...

um... yeah, lol. The "My Counter" thing thats on that top blue thing is gone... i have to go to counters>my shop counter now...

Alright, so in my database, you know how you can generate a mall price? Well, how do I set the amount it is increased by? Because I can't figure it out! I simply cannot find the "configuration" that is talked about!

Help with Shop History on Portal!

Everytime I go to enter my shop history, it glitches out and deletes the history and closes the portal...
EDIT: It also will not let me update my Shop Front/Database.
EDIT2: I just realized: my little brother stuck me on IE (bleh!) I switched to Firefox and it now works! Sorry for my many updates. I was in panic mode. :o

This isn't neomallers help I need really, but I need your help anyway. I've been told several times now that my mall banner is not showing on my page. *I* see it, my mall members see it... but obviously something is wrong. So my request is, will you please look at my shop and tell me if you see the huge black banner? (It's not like it can be missed!) If you cannot see it, please tell me what browser you're using. If you have a clue why some people wouldn't be able to see it, please speak up. I'm going nuts.

A few days ago, I made my signature here in Neomallers and it had completely appeared on the first day but when I tried it again the next day, it kept getting cut for no apparent reason.

Will changing my counter colour, and thus inserting the new code into my shop description, reset my counter for the day? Or will it be as if I just painted the old one there?
