Yup. Its the same database hiccup (too much information stuffed into a volume file) that unconventionalove was having. It's been patched in the new portal which i should be able to upload on the 28th (my internet resets on the 27th) I sent you a message before taking a look at it but since it takes a bunch of refreshes and each refresh takes a long time to load, i'll just post it here :P Anyways, the temp fix might be to delete that entry, and then re-add it in. Basically, each file in the ss2 folder must be below 32kb for it to work properly but your volume file 0 is currently at 33kb for some reason that I dont know. The new portal uses a totally different system that's much faster so it should cause no problems and hopefully, be more reliable overall as well

P.S. it appears that the moving process of the files into the new user directory totally destroyed the database system so you will be unable to upgrade it to portal 8. What you have to do is, rename the folder back to Neohome & Garden so the old config file can be read properly. then, the update program in portal 8 can re-read that database and upgrade it to the 8 system. Here's a beta test version of NeoMallers Portal 8 www.neomallers.com/downloads/portal8.exe You can rename it to portal.exe if you like. This is the version which I uploaded a while ago for beta testers. It's basically a stripped down version of the final version that i have right now. But don't get too comfortable with it since i've changed stuff around. P.S. lurkers can download it and try it out too. But beware, it upgrades your DB to the new 8.0 system. And any NEW data added in portal 8 will be inaccessible from portal 7 (but portal 7 should still be able to handle it since the old DB system is not deleted automatically) Kinda confusing but if you know what you're doing, go for it :P
