How do you motivate yourself to stock your shop?

Like many wearables shops, i'm getting to the stage right now where i've just had enough. I can't take this anymore :K... I need to stock too since yeah, stuff is selling out at an insane rate. Help give me suggestions to get motivated and share your own experiences. Until now profits were keeping me going, but i'm past caring about them now! Don't suggest changing category or holding off and taking a break or I might abuse my mod powers on you :O No, but in all seriousness, I love the category and normally enjoy stocking my shop, you can just have too much of a great thing. One week of this wearables boom is taking it's toll on me. I know I should be making the most of it while it lasts, guess i'll make myself stock while I wait for replies.

How do I motivate my self to stock my shop? easy. I drink lots juice, strong juice that is ;) and blast some techno music on my cd player. That keeps me going :P

I am right where you were at there. Items Stocked : 2145 Free Space : 1355 . And it feels like the last three days all I have done is restock. Seriously considering raising my prices another 100 np's per item

Though I was a bit peeved about hits being so low for everyone on a Saturday, but it was finally a chance to catch up on some stocking ^^

What works for me: I just CANT restock that much, because the ssw bannes me... so I wait an hour or so, till I can stock again. ;) That makes it... less tiring. ;)

The beauty of malling is that you are no longer tied to the shop wiz for sales, and pricing becomes a tool for regulating your activity. If you are selling an item too quickly for your comfort, raise the price. If you have stock-piled too many, lower the price. If I regularly sell 5 of an item a day, I figure the price is too low - I can't keep up with that many. Some items can take a 1000 NP markup, but others can easily handle 3000-5000, and that's just for common items that wiz for under 2k. The higher priced stuff (say, 10k - 40k range) could take anywhere from barely 2000 markup to double or more. Also, I make use of my SDB to warehouse everything I sell. THat way I can replenish quickly at work on lunch break.
