Neo down & Neomallers slow?

Few mins ago, my neopets stopped loading and neomallers started lagging really bad (taking ~30secs - 1min to load a page ). Is this happening for others? Im wondering if its my net, but all other sites seem to be loading fine besides these 2 ... the ones I use most!!! :P

Yeah I used to have an account there years ago, actually my oldest account on neo is Cornball3440, I've been around for years, but I forgot the password for like 5 years, and I finally remembered it so I logged in a few months back because TNT was mad at me on my main, and since the accounts weren't linked through the same E-mail, I just treated it like I had swiched mains except games and shop for a month until I felt the watch was off...... Why the heck did I start talking about that? Meh, too lazy to delete it all. I think judging a site by it's graphics is stupid, I still think the older games are the best like Super Mario Brothers 1-3 or the original Zelda, and there's a world of lost games out there that I've downloaded through emulators and still play because they're so great. I think Webkinz is fun. 0:-) Mostly because other users can't talk to you so it's nice to just play the games (they are pretty fun) and not worry about other people trying to scam or hack you, and it's completely interactive, unlike Neopets. I just checked "Subeta" and it looks like its much organized than "Marapets". I'm so amazed that there are so many websites like neopets. Its so hilarious to see that they are all trying to be neopets someday.
