Portal won't open today

I cannot get into my Portal today. It starts to load but quickly comes up with the following error: Run-time error 13 Type mismatch I've never had a problem before. Any suggestions?

I tried closing everything and still didn't work. I tried rebooting and it still wouldn't load. I tried removing my Norton Security and cleaned out all my temp files, and it didn't work. I reloaded Norton, and it still won't work. Maybe the file got corrupted or something. Should I reinstall? Not sure if that will work either.

first thing when you run into a problem like that is to reinstall it

I got it to reinstall by removing Norton Internet Security. But, after installing, it only gets as far as to choose my category (which is already there) and I get the same run time error at that point. Doesn't look hopeful at this point.

Nope, tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and no luck. Maybe the next version will load for me. This one doesn't anymore.

do all profiles not work? If that's the only one then sounds like you or some other security software corrupted it. Still dont know why it would prevent neomallers from opening but you can zip up the entire neomallers folder and send it to support@neomallers[nospam].com Don't forget to remove [nospam]
