The big TNT warning [forgot password]

well for the first time in 6+ years on neo pets i got the big tnt warning that my account could be frozen. and why... because i was chatting with the fearless neomallers leader about an issue with my neomallers account at no point did we use the pw word in fact i said that he could neomail me the changes or to my hotmail account. At no point was i asking for anything that didnt already belong to me. wish the TnT group would take the time to read and have all the information before jumping to conculsions or at least give you a chance to respond to their accusation. It hurts to be accused of breaking the rules when you really truly werent but in fact just looking for some help.

cant believe this post is still going... funny thing is that i didnt forget my password at all for some strange reason neomallers said my user didnt exists. so i couldnt log in to the help page anyway which is why i contacted dimitri through neopets. otherwise i would have avoided the whole thing altogether. the only way that i would see that would fix the problem would be to allow a guest page that you could enter into 1. so contact some one if your user wont work and to be walked through things and 2. for anyone who doesnt know what neomallers is about could peek in with out access to anything other than to ask a question. any way good luck with things. glad i havent gotten any one else suspended lately :D

i no it stinks happened to me got suspended for like 3 stupid days the system went mad there was a board about it earlier

yeh they probably do use ip adresses but that wasnt the problem happened to my friends too
