someone stole my coding

I have an alphabetical index of light faerie cards on my pet page and another maller has copied it, I know this because even the mistakes are the same. I noticed this a few days ago and am still mad about it, I got my son to help me with it and it took ages, the person didn't even ask for permission to copy or give credit :(

I have nm'd him and he has replied saying he worked hard on it, yeah right, i am even madder now, there is no way he coded that the errors and cards not in the quest index are identical mine

report it. and make sure you include the link to your page and what parts of the code are copied.

It's really sad when people don't make the effort to do it for themselves. I'm so bad at coding that I didn't even know you could copy someone code *lol*

He has removed it now but still says it wasn't copied and claims that he has removed it because i would be believed as my shop has a higher ranking!!! i replied that this was rubbish and that even the errors are the same as the ones on my page. I find it all quite sad :( Also i didn't know how to copy till this happened! Thanks everyone for the support

I've got a personal experience with this also. Apparently the coding that I took from a page that did not require any credits was illegal because it came from TML. We are allowed to name scammers as a way to warn people, so why not thieves ;) So long as they aren't telling people to mail you or harass you in any way it's fine.
