Help!

Hi, I have had an account with Neomallers and had a neopets shop counter. I quit using it a few months ago. I lost my password and now understand that the lost password button is not working due to a hacker? I just today, signed up for a new account under a new e-mail. It went thru but when I tried to create a new counter it said that there is already one in use by username Em? I am so confused! my username is dragonslady1 and I am Em. Please help me fix this? Thanks

I tried the lost password button earlier today. It didn't work. :( That is why I created a new account. Now what do I do to either get my old counter back or start with a new one?

I think I messed up when I originally started my account with you. I think I put my name (Em) where the username should be and vice versa? I did just find my counter by putting in Em. My neopets username is dragonslady1 and my name is Em. Now, this morning, I did open an new account with you from a new email. I now have the counter in my neopets shop. Tell me what to do from here? Thanks

now when I go to counters it is the same as it was.
