Let's see... today I had...
2 cups of Mello Yello at work.
1 can of tuna and about 3 oz. of all natural tomato & basil Lays potato chips.
1 can of Pepsi.
1 Almond Joy bar (which is equal to 2 mini ones, lol)
Do you count the sugary drinks as "junk" food?
If not, then I have...
10 push ups, 90 sit-ups, 50 lunges, and 20 squats to do. X.x

A Yummy salad. And some lime water :o
I also went for a 20 minute warm - up (200 cal burned)
And then did 100 sit-ups on a incline.
And 100 side to side to work my obliques with a 10 pound weight ;)
Hopefully Ill be sore tommorrow!
Breakfast I had a coffee and granola bar (I know, not much.... breakfast is the most important meal of the day.... I was running late)
Lunch: Goulash
"snack": cup of tea
Supper: Stuffed chicken breast, potato, carrots and peas.
hmmm so that's 30 push-ups, 90 sit-ups, 50 lunges, and 20 squats... bugger it, I'm too lazy...
...But I do walk to the post office every day with a heavy bag because of my business, so there, I'm off the hook :P
hmmm actually does it still count as breakfast if you ate once you woke up, but you woke up past noon, and it consists of a doughnut? Lets say it does, and scrap the 50 lunges off my list of things I refused to do today

The only bad thing I've done is that my dinner was 1/2 of a frozen supreme pizza *lol*
