New items added not showing prices

I decided to add some new stock to my shop so I did what I always do. Go to item database, paste the name, press add, enter the price I paid and what it sells for, then hit enter and continue. Well, some of the items went in just fine but others the name is only there, and not the prices. Kinda sucks lol Thanks! (I am not using the new beta version, I am using the other one.)

If I manually add an item and then paste the shop front I would get two items in my database sometimes. Here are the items: Tangy Tyrannian Cheese and Crackers Toast with Jam Hot Dog with Mustard & Relish Garlic Bread Halves Pepperoni and Mushroom Pizza Cheesy Meat Wrap Teeny Hot Dog Cinnamon Toasties Gnome Crunch Cheese and Grapes And I have 514 items in the DB. I'm still not able to reproduce the error but what happens in 6.8.1 is, it gets replaced with some other junk. so clicking those entries again should bring up the price and other data

click on the item from the list, and then choose edit, otherwise, it wont work

I also pasted my shop front and added them to the database but it tells me they are all out of stock and none of the prices show up still. All right -can you zip your profile folder up (right click the folder and choose send to compressed folders) and upload it to your FTP space on neomallers so I can take a look at it. and i thought it only did this for a couple items?
