New Servers

All right. It seems that things are going smoothly for now. Just got to test out the counter system and do a final backup and we'll be able to switch over. Normally, this process takes up to 72 hours. However, once the main neomallers.com site becomes inaccessible, you can access it here: http://s69224.gridserver.com Your counter service probably will screw up and might get zeros for a day or two but the good news is, you can still use the forums. More news will be posted here.

haha well it may not be zeroes.. but may half the hits. Since the way how this works is.. when the domain is updating, some people will be able to access it while others cant. And only those who are able to access it will be counted in the hits

Not really. It's 3 times slower since the counter service doesnt run properly. The domain is set up in a weird way so i have to add an extra piece of code to "forward" it elsewhere. I dont like it at all and i noticed the connection to the database server gets dropped alot. And who knows what problems it'll cause

Actualy, it's not really settled. I hate how the URLs work. The control panel is crap and so limited. The server speed is slow and the database server cuts off alot But when you start reading things like this: http://drupal.org/node/257552 http://drupal.org/node/269809 a little sacrifice in speed might be worth it. (I'm currently hosted at DVH)
