Struggling to make a mall banner

Hello Hello! So, as some of you know, I struggled to make a shop banner for myself not long ago (actually got a nice one done monday and it's still not perfect)... With my graphic designer having neo issues (got frozen, is frustrated, prolly not getting her acct back and MAYBE rebuilding) I decided I would TRY to make a banner before asking her for a new one... So that's probably going to take me 1 to 2 weeks of long testing and trying and advices - which is why I'm here, if you want to help me :D This is JUST a size/positions setting, I chose a random font for now, just to set places... In MY opinion, buttons look.. Too big O.o But they look about the size of other "normal" mall banners so it's prolly just me... xD How's it look (size-wise)?
