Lawlz.. my daily average sales is 15,809 NP

I think you'd have to try real hard to get worse than that in main market... not to mention I pay an ad fee of 354,500 for my mall o_o I'm about to give up on this... I was upgrading to stay in my hut but what's the point of upgrading when you don't make it back lol

Whats your category? (i'd go check but I'm at the library and don't want anyone to see neopets on the screen! Haha, I'm lame, I know). How do you price? How much stock do you have? How often do you stock your shop?

ouch thats terrible :( even if you got you're stock for free, you still wouldn't even come close to breaking even o.0 you could try lowering your prices a little, but that probably wouldn't change enough to even break even. in my opinion, you should look for a different category/mall ASAP, what you have now obviously isn't working for you.

i have to have sw prices to make it worth it. 354,000 in mall fees--you need a new mall--that's where all your profit is going. I've been in 2 malls--the most in fees I paid was 500nps a week. Most of my items--I buy in multiples of 5 and add 100nps to the highest price I paid. Books! Reasonable Prices!! http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=kermat13&misc

I mean do you price 1k over wiz? 5k? 10%? Some things that may help: Take a percentage of your stock and price at wiz price, I suggest these items be the cheapest in your letter category. (Mine is A and N). This brings in customers from the wiz and they may buy other items when they're there, and they may even bookmark. You will still make some profit on these items (though not as much), because you buy the absolute cheapest and sell a little higher. (This can't be done with all items. For example if the top 10 SSW searches are the same price, you obviously can't price higher and still be lowest in your category.) I find that the days that I restock my shop, my sales are increasingly higher. I'm not sure of the cause. It could be because the people I buy from buy from me in return, or if it's just because I have more items. Now I can't see what your shop front looks like, but make sure you have a banner that describes your shop stock that links to your shop. I prefer it above the mall banner, but some malls have rules against this. Try shop specials (see my shop, feel free to borrow the code and change it so it looks different), add page numbers if your code allows. People suggest to advertise on the shop ads, I find this a waste of time, really. You do graphics, put some ads throughout the nb. I find this increases sales. P6 and the last page are great and cheap too. My pricing strategy is 1000k profit on items below 5k, and 2k on items above. This works for me, but may not work for you. You have to experiment. Try dropping your prices until you see a nice balance between supply and demand when you don't have to bust your butt to keep item in, but you get adequate number of customers. I know you won't use all these tips, and i'm sure you're familiar with most of them, but sometimes it helps to step back and remember where you came from and how you got this far.

Cures aren't the hottest collectables right now :P and you have 1M markup on items below 5k? :O :P

Yeah 1mil profit on items less than 5k are the way to go! Want millions? Price with 1mil profits!! :P
Yeah 1mil profit on items less than 5k are the way to go! Want millions? Price with 1mil profits!! :P
wow you're expensive o.0 I never have more then 500k markup.

Really?! You're totally losing out. How do you get anywhere with only a 500k markup?
