Is there a phone number I can call so this can be addressed as soon as possible?

I changed my password & pin immediately. yeah, I did have everything set. This is such a bummer for me. I neomailed both the new owners, and I am praying they are understanding and give me my pets back. I am shaking I am so upset.

Yes, it could have been a lot worse... And I checked my email for the account and there in my trash was the request for the password, and the request for the pin. UGH. So not only did my neopets account get hacked, but my EMAIL did as well! So now i feel COMPLETELY violated!! I have a lot of personal stuff in my email that those people could have just read through!! So disturbing. And they could even cover their tracks completely and delete the emails in my trash?!? I created a whole new email, but I still feel like everything I do is being watched, and that even my email isnt safe now! When they send you a new password or a pin recovery Neopets should ask you a security question that cannot be hacked!! Like "What is your mother's maiden name" or something like that!! They seriously need to step up a security a notch, because it is a continuous problem. They just willy-nilly send out your pin if you know your password, which OBVIOUSLY has already been hacked since they got that far!! I know it is just a game, and it could have been a lot worse so I am counting my blessings for that, but I still feel like neopets needs to have a better look out for the honest players out there.

Newest update: The new owner of Tinkle_lil_moon has agreed to give her back!!! So at least one of my precious pets will be returned to me. I am still crossing my fingers to Flaming_darkness1, but at least some of my faith in Neopet players has been returned to me.

Just the other day I was thinking that I needed to do a new update on my account info in case something like this occurred. Wish I would have followed my instincts and jotted down everything then... but you always think "that will never happen to me". But now I'm going to be a trillion times more careful with my account.

I am truly heartbroken. The person who adoped flaming_darkness1 (username ngable42513) made a thread to trade my precious pet!!!! And no matter how much i beg him, and ask for his kindness, and tell him I will made ANY pet he desires to get my pet back, he is totally cold and uncaring. How can people be so cruel! Yes, this is just a game, so give me my pet back!!! I am at a completely loss, and feel so betrayed an hurt. I'm sorry I just needed to rant my frustration and pain. None of my friends understand the devastation I feel, so i feel like I have no one to vent to who can understand. I miss my pet so much, and I just want her back. Ugh, I am so frustrated that this happened. And that there are people in this world who are truly uncaring and are so evil and mean. I just want to scream at the top of my lungs!
