Don't give up on it. Just fill in your report with as much info as you possibly can and cross your fingers. The fact that they have frozen you is a good thing, as it means that they have picked up on a security threat so hopefully you'll get a faster response from them this time around. As for your pets, that's horrible :(. Yes, my poogle will be returned to me as soon as I make another Plushie Poogle to trade with him - but I am so thankful for that, I can't complain. As long as I get my pet back :) I'm still hoping I can get my lenny back - but it's hard to say. The girl at first said she would be willing if I could get her another UC Faerie Lenny & we had actually found one that would trade for a Custom Draik... But then she said she had changed her mind and didn't want to give her back to me anymore. Now there may be a hope again, so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. I just have to hope that she can see it in her heart to return her to me. After all I'm willing to save up 15 million to get a custom Draik/Krawk to trade so I can get her back. But we'll see. I'm not going to give up. Maybe TNT will return them to me... what would be most ideal since I lost them due to their faulty security system.

Ugh, I'm sorry to keep ranting and raving about this but it's been a week now (March 18th) since my account was frozen "for my protection" and NO RESPONSE FROM TNT!!! A week seems overly excessive to me!! How long does it take to get an account back? From looking over other past incidences it seems it only should take a day or 2, yet for me it's been a week!! I already called and canceled my Premium.. IFFF i get my account back it's month-to-month for me. They can't even bother to acknowledge that they received my follow up email!! I'm not sure if they're looking in to something, or what is going on. They never even responded to my original email when I first reported the hack on March 2nd!! What could be taking them so long? I'm almost done w/ neopets completely, this whole thing has just been so disheartening.

You can take it to BBB, since you were paying for premium, if they closed your account at no fault of yours during a paid service Better Business Beauro (How do you spell that word?) should help you get your account back. --- Step outside, take a breath of fresh air, then look down to see if you have a new text message.

I'm sorry you haven't heard yet. It makes me so :K that some users are back in 24 hours and others it takes so long, its not fair. I hope you get good news soon! :) *unsure* If you do switch to monthly though TNT is getting more $$ out of you in the long run. :( We weren't born to follow ♥

I'd hate to have to push it so far, but yea - I'm about ready to contact the BBB, I think that might be a good option for me. If Thursday rolls around and STILL not even a word from them, thats what I'll have to do.

Maybe if the Better Business Bureau gets enough complaints, they'll look into Viacom, give them a bad score, which will force Viacom to better their services or less investors will deal with them. Or they wouldn't care and they'll fall into a bottomless abyss and Neopets will be gone 0:-)
