frozen? why?

Ok, so I played this easy game on neopets called meepit vs. feepit and I got better and better and my scores were always getting accepted. It's one of the few games I can actually get a trophy on. I am not just saying that because I'm good; its a REALLY EASY game. It has a review for 3500pts or more. The last accepted was my 4225 score on the day of the 2011 games master challenge. I was pretty happy since there was game challenge for it and a lot of people could see my score and I was in top place.

FROZEN, after 5 days of trying to rebuild.

So I got to login tonight to the message that I have been FROZEN for BUYING NEOPOINTS! What the hell? I didn't even KNOW you could buy them! What is going on!!! I sent in my support ticket, obviously, but this company is so down the tubes that I don't even expect a response. My last 2 accounts were frozen for CGs (for my own PROTECTION, of course) and Neopets never thought to even REPLY to my tickets.

[center]So this is a thread to vent on your peeves about malling. This can be a peeve as a member or a leader. Also, for those new to malling, this could be a nice page for your list of things not to do as a mall member or leader. :) Here are a couple of mine... I hate it when a huge shop in a mall has taken that position, but either they haven't been on in two months+ or they have poor stock (for their size anyways). It makes the mall look bad, reduces shop hits for everyone else, makes the branch leader look bad, and is just plain inconsiderate.
