Getting old account back

I was bored one night and I remembered how fun it was to run and maintain a shop on neopets, so I decided to try and get my 5 year inactive account back. I guess I didn't realize how hard that would be.
So, a little background information first... I made this account when I was 9 years old. My baby sitter showed me Neopets and set up my account with her email since I did not have one.

So I was happily restocking, clicking on that little shop keeper over and over until he spits out a new batch of stamps, when I was suddenly interrupted by a water faerie quest. I kinda raised an eyebrow when I noticed she was asking me for a piece of clothing, a wearable one at that, when she's supposed to ask for books but dismissed it as either a weird glitch or mistake on neopet's part when adding new items for her to ask. I looked through a few shops of people I know, couldn't find the pants she was asking for, got annoyed and decided "the heck with this, I don't wanna do this quest".

Krawk Gone... Who to Contact from Staff

So I've been on Neopets the entire day and never got logged out but all of a sudden I find that I have a brand new active pet and my krawk is gone.
I've already sent in a contact form to get it back but I'm wondering if there is anyone from the staff that I can talk to in hopes to get it back quicker.
Seriously makes me pissed but if I don't get the pet back I don't but it absolutely sucks.
I've neomailed the new owner saying I wanted it back so hopefully they give it back no problems but I have a feeling that wont be happening.

I was buying an item from someone selling off their gallery for 1m. They asked if I wanted to do a split trade or auction. I said auction. I then regretted it incase someone would out bid me, but the seller said that no one should (after it was already put up) because it's 1.5 in the TP and people wouldn't actually pay 1.5 for it. So that was fine, at the last few seconds, someone outbid me to 1.5. THEN then mailed me asking if I wanted to buy it off me for 1.5m. And I said "nope". They said "highest offer, i accidentally outbid you". Yeah right. You were just looking for an easy 500k.

Alright, I start a RP board and have to leave before we start, then have someone else be the "boss" of the board. They turn it sex/romantic, I get 1 day suspension. What the ?

Well..
This is more of a call for advice, because I have been CG'ed before and I'm sure that I won't lose very much.
I was CG'ed yesterday, got signed out, but I signed back in and changed my password before anything happened and my account wasn't frozen for protection a LONG time after, after I went to bed at 10:30 (I was CG'ed at around 5) Between 5-10:30, I did everything normally and nothing went bizarre with my account.
So basically, in my perfectly calm (but a bit disappointed) state, I just ahve a few questions.
Can I do everything on my side as I would on my main for the time being?
