What are you reading right now?

I'm quite a bookworm, as i'm sure many other mallers are too, so I figured this might make for an interesting topic to just share what we are currently reading and recommend great reads. I myself am currently reading the woman in white for a bookclub I joined. Really enjoying it so far, I quite like classics, and was surprised when this book came up in the club as i'd never heard of it. I finished reading Dracula in swedish yesterday, didn't find it as enjoyable as I thought I would. Not sure whether it was because my swedish still leaves a lot to be desired or whether it really just wasn't so good. So what are you reading? or what have you read recently?

I am currently reading Golden Arches East for Social Anthropology, it about the diffusion of McDonald's in China and it is surprisingly interesting.

I'm reading Unseen Academicals by Terry Prachett. So far it's been a great read.

Currently starting to read Slaughterhouse 5 -- I'm sure it's a pretty well known book :)

I have school today, (current time3:34 AM) and I have to read this book called the cay. Not my favorite book. Its set in World War two, I think. Its about this black dude and blind kid stranded on an island with a cat named SoupyDog. (What a stupid name for a cat.*lol* )
My teacher read that to my class in 5th grade. It was alright. I found my LOTR book (the second one) that has been missing for months and I'm back reading it.
I'm so glad she's not going to make me read the second book!
http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=fearce_dragon_hunter Sorry about not having a mall banner in. I lost it. :( So I'm making a new one.

I just finished Evermore and Blue Moon, a series. I also finished I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have to Kill You and Cross My Hearty and Hope to Spy for the second time. I'm a total book nerd, if given a whole day with a bunch of good books, I could probably read at least four in one day

I love Kurt Vonnegut. I just started reading Ayn Rand - Atlas Shrugged. I tried reading it before, but it's massive. - Kara

i just cracked open Snow Flower and The Secret Fan - it's about being a woman in 19th century China.

Oh and for those of you like enjoy fantasy - I've been reading The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan for 10 years. The final books are coming out in the next couple of years (written by a close family friend - Robert Jordan passed away last year, but not before relaying the ending to his wife and brother). I've reread the series several times and I never get bored of them.

I may have to try starting over, I have no clue where I am, but I'd love to read the last one(s) when they come out.
