What are you reading right now?

I'm quite a bookworm, as i'm sure many other mallers are too, so I figured this might make for an interesting topic to just share what we are currently reading and recommend great reads. I myself am currently reading the woman in white for a bookclub I joined. Really enjoying it so far, I quite like classics, and was surprised when this book came up in the club as i'd never heard of it. I finished reading Dracula in swedish yesterday, didn't find it as enjoyable as I thought I would. Not sure whether it was because my swedish still leaves a lot to be desired or whether it really just wasn't so good. So what are you reading? or what have you read recently?

Right now Im reading Wicked (Gregory Maguire), An Echo In the Bone (Diana Gabaldon), The Sword of Truth (Terry Goodkind) and Hero of The Imperium (Sandy Mitchell). I have a really short attention span. And Im also slowly working my way through the Legend of Drizzt (I think im on Book 7) http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=gerrysfluffypancakes Collectible Cards, Stamps, Coins and Sea Shells

That's one of my favorite books of all time. I love Kurt Vonnegut. I just started reading Ayn Rand - Atlas Shrugged. I tried reading it before, but it's massive. - Kara
Who is John Galt? :o Right?
Oh and for those of you like enjoy fantasy - I've been reading The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan for 10 years. The final books are coming out in the next couple of years (written by a close family friend - Robert Jordan passed away last year, but not before relaying the ending to his wife and brother). I've reread the series several times and I never get bored of them.
Oh man.... I never got bored, but I got LOST. I'm not sure A. Which book I'm on, or B. What's happening. I may have to try starting over, I have no clue where I am, but I'd love to read the last one(s) when they come out.
They're very involved =) Every time I read a book over again I catch something new. I knew Robert Jordan was quite the genius! And there are rumors of making the books into movies. I'm sure I'll hate them. There's now way they'll be able to do the books justice. So much will have to be left out =/ ___________________ A Parent, A Shaklee Rep, a Blogger, and a Neo-Addict...

Wowowow!! Just finished "The Historian". Took me quite some time to plough through it as it's around 650 pages long, but wow. Maybe shouldn't have been reading those last 150 pages while home alone at night, ooops! ___________ Kirsty aka "the sensitive one" Silverdragon siggy stealer Tasty tent seller
Wonderful thread! Right now I'm reading Osler's Web: Inside the Labyrinth of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Epidemic. Wonderful book, but I'm on page 51 out of... about 700. It's non-fiction, but fun. (If 'horrible, terrible disease is misunderstood & maligned' is fun to you) Hm. I really miss reading fiction. Right now, I've finished the most recent Warriors book Sunrise, and I'm looking for something else.
I love the Warriors Cats books too! I just finish the entire Lord of the Rings series in a week and a half. I can't wait to see the movies! I am also really into any type of Star Wars novel.

*barf* Twilight? Nah the books I've heard are just fine, the only reason why I don't read them is so that when somebody tries to get me to go to a twilight movie with them I can just say "I want to read the books before I see the movie". I would read the books aside from being able to say that, it was just about the only thing that got one of my friends to shut up about it last year.

I finished the "You've got Murder" series, even though I started with the 3rd book and didn't realize it was actually a series until the end *lol*. I really liked it, though it might be because I'm somewhat of a nerd. I also just recently read Rohde Dahl's "The Mippins" and "The BFG"... Sure they're children's stories but I still enjoy Dahl's humor.

I just started reading A Million Little Pieces by James Frey. So far it's pretty interesting, in a sad sort of way. » Toys, Plushies and Usukis! « » http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=twilight51492 «
