PLEASE HELP!

Please help!!! I logged in today to find a few random items in my inventory that weren't suppose to be there, and 2 of my favorite pets were gone and have now been adopted by 2 different other players!!!!! Who do I contact to get my pets back??! Everything seems to be in my shop still. Everything else seems to be in my gallery and SDB. All I truly want is my two prized pets back!!! Please someone help! Those pets were truly my whole game to me. I am devastated. How do i get them back?? My two pets were flaming_darkness1 the UNCONVERTED Faerie Lenny and tinkle_lil_star my very first neopets pet, the Plushie Poogle. I am crying, I don't know who to contact or what to do!

Oh my gosh! That's terrible. :( I just visited the lookup of the user who has your pet... and it seems as if she's quitting. I don't get why it would matter to her whether she has your pet or not since she isn't even going to play anymore. :-\ Why not give it to the original owner who will love the pet more? :/ They didn't have ANYTHING they wanted for your pet? :/ I'm so sorry. People who don't play don't understand how attached we get to our pets... What a horrible thing to have happen to you :(

The 'original' adopter's account was 6 years old, but they were practically TAUNTING me that they wouldn't give me my pet back. And oh wow, the person who traded for her cearablueberry is quitting it says on her lookup!! That is even more heartbreaking for me :( If anything I would want her to be in a good, loving home, where I know she would be taken care of - not abandoned forever. I just dont understand how people can be so mean. I can only prey that TNT returns my pets to me. They say they cannot return neopoints or neoitems, but they don't mention that they can't return neopets..... so I'm keeping my fingers tightly crossed

really sorry for your losses :( but at least you're getting one of them back! some losers on the site really have no life, how can they do such meaningless acts -_-

So my account was hacked on March 1st. On March 2nd TNT emailed me back saying that I entered some info incorrectly. (Okay take a breath - reemail) No response from them at all. I had pretty much given up that I would ever get a response from them - especially with all the recent hacks that have been going on left and right. This morning, able to log on fine... Then, I go to claim one of those premiums SHHs and it took me to a log in screen... (weeeird) So I type in neopets.com and try to relog in that way. And now, NOW, my account is iced.... UGH And I check my email.... still no response from them... So now I have to RESUBMIT my claim, and hope they respond to me in a timely manner this time... Ugh, I hope I'm not locked out for weeks... *sigh* Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest. I'm so frustrated.
